Session 8 of my RnB mix focuses on the late great Marvin Gaye with recent releases that have in someway been inspired by his music. Starting with a Salaam tribute mix which leads nicely into Eloise Laws - Ain't It Good Feeling Good which for me has Marvin written all over it. Floacist, Raheem Devaughn, Jamie Hawkins and BJ The Chicago Kid are all modern artists who have got his sound down to a T.
Add to this Carl Hall's rare groove nugget what about you plus one classic cut from the man himself with where are we going compliments this mix and provides just the right balance for your listening ears.
