Guys,
Listened to the mix this afternoon and it was a real listening pleasure. We dig in our crates, we store our tunes, max out our hard drives, but what the live recording does is to remind us where the real soul is..the artist with a live audience.
Loved the Curtis performance and all I could think was. God I wish I had been there..sounds like it was recorded in a venue like Ronnie Scotts or The Jazz Cafe...what I wouldn't give for a time machine. Dr Who, where are you when we need you.

The whole intention of this mix was to try and recreate that feeling of a great live show. Imagine actually being there when Stevie made up the song on this mix on the fly. There and then. Cause thats what he did.
